Ivan has over ten years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Beginning as an Acquisitions Manager for a private Real Estate fund, Ivan analyzed thousands of properties and conducted negotiations with sellers and agents. Eventually becoming an independent agent representing buyers of multi-family properties, Ivan also began investing for himself.
Seeking to leverage this knowledge, Ivan co-founded a firm dedicated to development and renovation of affordable single-family and multi-family properties in South Florida. This firm has developed, or rehabilitated, and sold, over 200 homes to date. In addition, it currently owns and operates 12 multi-family properties in Miami-Dade County, through various partnerships.
In addition to Investing, Ivan has been a licensed Realtor since 2013. In 2016, he founded the top-selling Rabinovich Team at Keller Williams, with sales of 52 homes throughout South Florida in 2017, its first full year of operation. In 2023, The Rabinovich Team re-branded into Portobello Living by Rabinovich Team, focused on helping buyers and sellers like you build wealth through real estate.
Ivan holds a BBA in Real Estate, from Florida International University's Hollo School of Real Estate.
